Instructions:
1. To obtain an FTP login name and password, submit your order number and contact information in Step 1.

Instructions:
1. Zip all files before sending. This will reduce the chance for file corruption.
2. To login into FTP site, input your given FTP login name and password and press login.
3. Once you have entered the FTP site, click on ¡¥Start Here¡¦ folder.
4. Open another window on your desktop with the file(s) you want to upload.
5. To upload files, drag-and-drop your file(s) into the FTP window.
6. To exit FTP site, simply close Internet Explorer completely.
